e tritatelo finemente, riponete il tutto in una pentola con dell\u2019olio.<br \/>\nMettete una pentola sul fuoco con dell\u2019acqua e portate ad ebollizione, lavate i pomodori ed incideteli nella parte superiore con la punta di un coltello, buttate in acqua e fate cuocere per circa 20 secondi, scolate in acqua fredda e dopo qualche minuto togliete dall\u2019acqua i pomodori.<br \/>\nA questo punto eliminate la pelle dal pomodoro, tagliate in 4 creando degli spicchi;
