Lasagne with tomato and mozzarella cheese: a new Mediterranean flavor has been added to Pasta di Venezia’s range of ready meals: tomato and mozzarella blending through the layers of fresh egg pasta. Delicious and ready in just two minutes! Like all our products, they are always gluten-free and lactose-free.

Ingredients:

Gluten-free and lactose-free béchamel 46%: lactose-free semi-skimmed milk, corn oil, corn starch, salt, nutmeg.

Tomato and mozzarella mix 34%: Lactose-free mozzarella cheese 15.8%*(milk, salt, rennet), tomato pulp 14.4%*(tomato, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), dried oregano, salt.

Gluten-free mix for pasta 20%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 1,5%*, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.
