Gluten-free mix for pasta 70%: corn starch, water, egg yolk 20%, potato starch, rice flour, thickener: guar gum, extra-virgin olive oil, salt.

Filling 30%: chard semi-finished product 32% (chard 98%, vegetable fiber, salt), spinach semi-finished product 32% (spinach 99%, salt), rocket semi-finished product 14% (rocket 85%, sunflower oil, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid), gluten-free semi-finished product (corn flour, sunflower oil, caramelized sugar), Grana Padano DOP cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), salt, bamboo fibre, marjoram.

Cooking time:

Cooking instructions 1: Bring the water to the boil, add the product and cook for 2-3 minutes; drain, add a sauce/dressing of your choice and serve.
